All orders are processed in the order in which they are received.  Orders are processed during normal business hours and typically ship within 72 hours.  Sales and promotions such as the "Black Friday Sale" extend processing and shipping times.  "Free shipping" promotions are shipped via USPS First Class mail. Please note delivery times do not include Sundays or holidays. Returns

Need to return something? No problem. We will gladly accept returns within 30 days from your ship date if the items meet our refund criteria. Items must have all original tags still attached. Items will not be accepted if they have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged. Items must be free of stains and odors. Items must be accompanied by a copy of your original sales invoice or packing list.  ALL discounted or sale merchandise and monogrammed items are final sales. Please email us at kristen@tinytowninc.com before shipping your return.
