*Pre-Order* Pinwheels Maggie Bloomer Set

- Pre-orders are advance purchases made on new merchandise that is scheduled to be shipped at a future date.

- They are a great way to guarantee that an item will not be sold out upon arrival to our store.

- Orders only containing pre-order items qualify for FREE SHIPPING when placed the same day the item(s) become available for pre-order. Shipping discount is applied at checkout. No code needed.

- Orders containing pre-order items ship complete to save added shipping expenses. If you are placing an order for in-stock and pre-order items, we suggest placing two separate orders should you need the stocked items sooner than the ETA of your pre-order.

- Pre-orders will be shipped as soon as they are received in store.

- Please note that we have no control over if or when a pre-ordered item arrives. If we do not receive an item that you have pre-ordered, we will issue you a full refund.

- Pre-ordered items are eligible for a return up to 10 days after delivery date or an exchange or store credit up to 30 days after delivery date.

All orders are processed in the order in which they are received.  Orders are processed during normal business hours and typically ship within 72 hours.  Sales and promotions such as the "Black Friday Sale" extend processing and shipping times.  "Free shipping" promotions are shipped via USPS First Class mail. Please note delivery times do not include Sundays or holidays. Due to an influx of packages during the holiday season, USPS might take longer to deliver your package. If your package has not arrived by your expected delivery date, please contact USPS. 

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and is a USPS deliverable address. Tiny Town Inc assumes no responsibility if the package is undeliverable, stolen, or lost due to incorrect address information.

Need to return something? No problem. We will gladly accept returns within 30 days from your ship date if the items meet our refund criteria. Items must have all original tags still attached. Items will not be accepted if they have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged. Items must be free of stains and odors. Items must be accompanied by a copy of your original sales invoice or packing list.  ALL discounted or sale merchandise and monogrammed items are final sales. Please email us at kristen@tinytowninc.com before shipping your return.
