Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a "Ready for pickup" email. We'll hold your order at the store for 6 months after your order was marked "Ready for pickup"; if you don't make it in by then, we will cancel the order and no refund or store credit will be given.

With a receipt, refunds will be given if the order is postmarked within 10 days of the delivery date according to the tracking information, and store credit will be given if the order is postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date according to the tracking information if the items meet our refund criteria listed below. Cary's Closet is made from 100% Peruvian Pima which is the softest cotton but also shrinks more than any other cotton. For that reason, these outfits are cut large to allow for shrinkage. They probably run a full size large but will shrink more in length than in width even when washed in cold and line dried. When washed in warm/hot and machine dried, they will shrink up to 10%.
