Sales Associate (Full-time)

Responsibilities

  • Greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner.
  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
  • Assist customers by escorting them to racks and counters and answer questions about merchandise.
  • Provide outstanding customer service.
  • Operate cash register and handles cash payments and credit card processing
  • Document sales by updating customer records.
  • Alert management of potential security issues.
  • Keep customers informed by notifying them of sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
  • Help maintain floor appearance by keeping displays tidy and counters, floors and bathroom clean.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields preferred but not required
  • Ability to build rapport with clients

E-Commerce Manager (Full-time)

Tiny Town is hiring an E-Commerce Manager to maintain and improve our ecommerce website on Shopify. This position requires an experienced ecommerce specialist who is a detail-oriented multi-tasker who will work closely with multiple internal teams to deliver a frictionless and on-brand user experience. You must thrive in a creative, fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The successful candidate will be able to execute objectives with minimal supervision, while thinking strategically, creatively, and collaboratively to increase brand awareness and tell a cohesive brand story to drive E-Commerce sales.

Must be able to work from 10 AM to 5 PM 5 days a week including one Saturday a month.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain updates and content on ecommerce website
  • Ensure accuracy of pricing, images, product descriptions, inventory and online cataloging
  • Define product features and requirements and lead the implementation of new products
  • Ensure all necessary user experience, performance, and production testing is conducted and documented across devices
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal teams to analyze business information needs and functional requirements
  • Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and how they may optimize current practices
  • Use analytics and customer research to measure user experience, conversion, retention and to provide insights to future development

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields required
  • Previous experience with Shopify required
  • Experience with Google Workspace preferred but not required
  • Ability to build rapport with customers via phone and email
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-faceted work environment
  • Analytical and technical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret online customer behavior and translate them into application and operational requirements
  • Extremely technical and is able to jump in and figure out solutions to tech-related problems with no oversight
  • Knowledge of current e-commerce buying trends and related technology
  • Organizational and time management skills, self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to effectively prioritize workload
  • Positive and pleasant approach to challenges, especially in difficult situations
  • A high level of written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to communicate information, ideas, procedures, and processes in a logical sequence and at a level appropriate to the audience, resulting in effective working relationships
  • Proven history of delivering consistent results with a high attention to detail
