Sales Associate (Part-time or Full-time)

Responsibilities

  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields preferred but not required
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Deadline and detail-oriented

 

e-Commerce Manager (Part-time or Full-time)

Responsibilities

  • Upload new merchandise
  • Photograph new products 
  • Process online sales and shipping
  • Oversee and maintain accurate inventory counts
  • Create digital content to build social following

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields preferred but not required
  • Sound knowledge of social media platforms and ability to stay current with latest content trends
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce
