Available Positions
E-Commerce Manager (Full-time)
Tiny Town is hiring an E-Commerce Manager to maintain and improve our ecommerce website on Shopify. This position requires an experienced ecommerce specialist who is a detail-oriented multi-tasker who will work closely with multiple internal teams to deliver a frictionless and on-brand user experience. You must thrive in a creative, fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The successful candidate will be able to execute objectives with minimal supervision, while thinking strategically, creatively, and collaboratively to increase brand awareness and tell a cohesive brand story to drive E-Commerce sales.
Must be able to work from 10 AM to 5 PM 5 days a week including one Saturday a month.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain updates and content on ecommerce website
- Ensure accuracy of pricing, images, product descriptions, inventory and online cataloging
- Define product features and requirements and lead the implementation of new products
- Ensure all necessary user experience, performance, and production testing is conducted and documented across devices
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal teams to analyze business information needs and functional requirements
- Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and how they may optimize current practices
- Use analytics and customer research to measure user experience, conversion, retention and to provide insights to future development
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields required
- Previous experience with Shopify required
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace preferred but not required
- Ability to build rapport with customers via phone and email
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-faceted work environment
- Some experience with HTML, CSS and Liquid is a plus
- Analytical and technical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret online customer behavior and translate them into application and operational requirements
- Extremely technical and is able to jump in and figure out solutions to tech-related problems with no oversight
- Knowledge of current e-commerce buying trends and related technology
- Organizational and time management skills, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Positive and pleasant approach to challenges, especially in difficult situations
- Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize workload
- A high level of written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to communicate information, ideas, procedures, and processes in a logical sequence and at a level appropriate to the audience, resulting in effective working relationships
- Proven history of delivering consistent results with a high attention to detail
This position is not remote and is located at our Mobile, Alabama store. Financial allowance for employee use of personal device.
Assistant Manager for Sales Floor (Full-time)
We are looking for a responsible Assistant Manager for the Sales Floor to help organize and run our retail stores and fill in for the Store Manager when needed. Your job will be highly important in ensuring the sales team meets its goals of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Our ideal candidate will have retail manager skills with a sharp business mindset. You should also be skilled at organizing and solving problems. Interpersonal and mediation skills will also be very useful, since you’ll often be acting as a liaison between managers, employees and customers.
Ultimately, the duties of the Assistant Manager are to make sure our stores operate effectively, and that we keep our customers happy.
Must be able to work from 10 AM to 5 PM 4 to 5 days a week including two Saturdays a month.

- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Assist customers by escorting them to racks and counters and answer questions about merchandise.

- Alert management of potential security issues.
- Keep customers informed by notifying them of sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
- Help maintain floor appearance by keeping displays tidy and counters, floors and bathroom clean.
- Develop good customer relationships.
- Perform specified duties related to baby registries and product displays.
- Liaise between managers, customers, and employees.
- Perform advanced POS system duties.
- Help create and foster a respectful and inclusive team environment.
- Provide support to store manager.
