Sales Associate (Part-time or Full-time)
Responsibilities
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields preferred but not required
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Deadline and detail-oriented
e-Commerce Manager (Part-time or Full-time)
Responsibilities
- Upload new merchandise
- Photograph new products
- Process online sales and shipping
- Oversee and maintain accurate inventory counts
- Create digital content to build social following
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields preferred but not required
- Sound knowledge of social media platforms and ability to stay current with latest content trends
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce
