Shipping & Local Pickup
Order Processing
All orders are processed in the order they are received and fulfilled directly from the sales floor of our Mobile, Alabama storefront.
- Orders are typically processed same day or next business day
- During large sales or holiday periods, processing may take up to 3 business days
- Orders that include monogrammed items require 7–10 business days to process
- Pre-order items are processed separately and ship once they arrive in-store
Business days are Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed or packed when our Mobile store is closed.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (USPS): 5–8 business days
- Express Shipping (UPS): 2–4 business days
- Overnight Shipping (UPS): 1–2 business days
Delivery timeframes begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Please note that carriers may experience delays during holidays, high-volume, or bad weather seasons, which are outside of our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are flat rate based on weight and calculated at checkout:
- Standard: $5–$15
- Express: $15–$20
- Overnight: $45–$60
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $200.
- This offer is not valid during sales when discount codes are used
- Free shipping applies to U.S. orders only
Orders that contain only pre-order items qualify for free standard shipping with no minimum purchase required.
Maileg Shipping Restrictions
Due to brand regulations:
- Maileg products cannot be shipped to Hawaii, Ohio, or Pennsylvania
- Maileg shipping rates are:
- Standard: $10–$25
- Express: $15
- Overnight: $40
- Express and Overnight shipping are only available for Maileg orders under 2 lbs
In-Store Pickup & Local Delivery
We offer convenient local options:
In-Store Pickup (Mobile, AL)
- Typically ready same business day
- You will receive a notification when your order is ready
Delivery to Tiny Town Fairhope
- Orders are delivered to Tiny Town Fairhope for pickup
- Please allow approximately 1 week for delivery
- You will be notified once your order is ready for pickup
Please note:
Items marked as in-store pickup only must be picked up at our Mobile location.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders allow you to reserve items before they arrive in-store.
- Orders containing pre-order items will ship as they are available
- Pre-order arrival dates are estimates and may change due to factors outside our control
- If a pre-order item becomes unavailable, you will receive a full refund
Tracking & Insurance
All orders include:
- A tracking number, sent to the email address provided at checkout
- Shipping insurance through the carrier
Please ensure your email address is entered correctly so you receive updates.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
Once your order has shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier (USPS or UPS).
- If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, you must contact the carrier directly
- Customers may file a claim with the carrier if needed
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
Tiny Town is not responsible for packages that are:
- Delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout
- Lost, stolen, or undeliverable due to incorrect address information
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address:
- The customer is responsible for paying shipping again to have it resent
- If a refund is requested, original shipping costs are non-refundable
International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide.
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on carrier and service selected
- We do not offer flat rate or free shipping on international orders
- Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country
