Returning Online Orders
Returning online orders is easy - send back your unwanted items by mail or take them to our Mobile, Alabama location. To return by mail, click here to start the process and request a shipping label if needed. If you choose to have us send you a return label, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund or store credit. To return or exchange your items in person for free, take your items and packing slip or order confirmation email to our Mobile, AL location.
Returning & Exchanging In-Store Purchases
Items bought at our Mobile, Alabama location can be returned there or by mail. To return in-store, take your items and receipt. Most returns will be credited back to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days. To return by mail, click here to start the process and request a shipping label if needed. If you choose to have us send you a return label, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
With a receipt, refunds will be given within 10 days of the purchase date, and store credit will be given within 30 days of the purchase date if the items meet our refund/exchange criteria listed below. With a receipt, exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase. With a receipt, Shop Pay installment purchases are only eligible for refunds within 10 days of purchase.
Online Purchases - In-store Pickup
With a receipt, refunds will be given within 10 days of the fulfillment date (Marked ready for pickup) and store credit will be given within 30 days of the fulfillment date (Marked ready for pickup) if the items meet refund criteria listed below.
Online Purchases - Shipped
With a receipt, refunds will be given if the order is postmarked within 10 days of the delivery date according to the tracking information, and store credit will be given if the order is postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date according to the tracking information if the items meet our refund criteria listed below.
Items must be accompanied by a copy of your original sales invoice, packing list, or in-store receipt. Items must have all original tags still attached. Items will not be accepted if worn, washed, altered, or damaged. Items must be free of stains and odors.
ALL discounted or sale merchandise, items bought on layaway, personalized/ special orders, hair bows, and jewelry are final sales. Gift wrap, gift cards, and shipping are nonrefundable.
Does Tiny Town provide a return shipping label?
Yes, if requested through our Return Request Form. The cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
How do I return an item I received as a gift?
If you have the original receipt or gift receipt, your order is eligible for store credit within 30 days of the purchase date as long as the item(s) meet our refund/exchange policy. With a receipt, exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase.
Can I come in-store to return an order that was shipped?
Yes, as long as you have your sales invoice or packing list and your items meet our return/exchange requirements.
Can I exchange an online order?
Because our inventory moves so quickly, we ask that you return the item you originally purchased and purchase the item you are wanting to get.
How will I be refunded?
In most cases your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. If you used multiple forms of payment, your refund may go back to all payment methods used.
What happens if I send in the wrong return item?
We issue, refunds or store credit one to three business days after your item arrive. If we inspect the item and it’s not eligible (used, damaged, etc.) based on our return policy, we will not process your return for a refund or exchange.
Tiny Town doesn’t keep unexpected or ineligible (used, damaged, etc.) items sent to us. When able, we’ll donate or recycle them. If you’ve sent something to Tiny Town and want it back, contact us at 251-341-1480 within 30 days. We can’t guarantee we’ll be able to find and send back your item. We also can't compensate you for unexpected or ineligible items returned to Tiny Town.
Why was my online return denied?
If our online return team has declined a return for any reason, you'll receive an email from us. A return may be declined for one of the following reasons:
- Your return was outside of the return window.
- The item appears worn or used.
- The item was opened.
- The item was non-returnable or non-returnable if opened.
- The online return team wasn't able to locate the order number or other information needed to process the return.
I received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
