Sales and promotions such as the "Black Friday Sale" extend processing and shipping times. "Free shipping" promotions are shipped via USPS First Class mail. Please note delivery times do not include Sundays or holidays. Due to an influx of packages during the holiday season, USPS might take longer to deliver your package. Refund/Exchange Criteria
Items must have all original tags still attached. Items will not be accepted if they have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged. Items must be free of stains and odors. Items must be accompanied by a copy of your original sales invoice, packing list, or in-store receipt.
ALL discounted or sale merchandise, in-store layaway items, and personalized/ special orders are final sale.
How do you return an item you received as a gift?
If you have the original receipt or gift receipt, your order is eligible for store credit within 30 days of purchase.
