We'll hold your order at the store for 6 months after your order was marked "Ready for pickup"; if you don't make it in by then, we will cancel the order and no refund or store credit will be given.

With a receipt, refunds will be given within 10 days of the fulfillment date (Marked ready for pickup) and store credit will be given within 30 days of the fulfillment date (Marked ready for pickup) if the items meet refund criteria listed below. With a receipt, exchanges can be made within 30 days of the fulfillment date (Marked ready for pickup) when done in-store.
