Orders & Shipping
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. We do our best to ship all in-stock orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following week. Pre-orders ship as soon as they are received in-store.
In-store holiday hours do affect when orders ship.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $200. This offer cannot be combined with other discount.
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 7–10 business days.
All orders are shipped from our store in Mobile, Alabama.
Yes, we do ship to Canada, Europe, and Australia.

Yes, you can select in-store pickup at checkout and you will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Please allow up to 3 days for your order to be ready for pickup.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email sent to the email address you entered at checkout. If you don’t see it, be sure to check your spam or promotions folder just in case!
Yes! As long as your order hasn't been processed or shipped, we’re happy to help update your shipping address. Please message us through the chat box on our website or email us at shop@tinytowninc.com with your name, order number, and updated address.
We understand that sometimes plans change! If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped, we can cancel it for you. Just message us through the chat box or email shop@tinytowninc.com with your name and order number.
Please note: All canceled orders are subject to a 3% cancellation fee to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.
During our Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales, we are unable to cancel orders due to the high volume of purchases.
Returns & Exchanges
You can start your return or exchange through our Returns Portal. It’s quick and easy!

If you checked out with Checkout+, your return label is free!
If not, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Returns dropped off in-store are always free.
Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Products
We carry children’s clothing in a wide range of sizes—from Preemie all the way up to size 12 in girls and size 14 in boys.
If a size chart is available for a product, you’ll find it linked next to the size selection under the “Size Guide” button. If you don’t see a button, that means we don’t have a chart for that item—BUT feel free to reach out via chat during store hours, and we’ll gladly send you measurements!
We offer a variety of fabrics including Pima cotton, cotton, polyester blends, and more. Most items will have their material listed in the product details section. If you’re unsure or have specific questions, we’re happy to help!
Most of our items are limited runs and may not be restocked. If you’re interested in a specific piece, message us through the chat box or email us—we’re always happy to check for you!
Yes, we’re happy to price match items listed on the brand’s official website! To do so, please provide a screenshot of the price you'd like us to match. If the brand offers an additional discount in the cart, be sure to include a screenshot of the final price as well.
Please reach out before placing your order, and we’ll send you a custom invoice with the matched price.

Unfortunately, T.B.B.C. does not allow us to have an "Add to Cart" button on the product page. However, we have tried to make the process as easy as possible for you.
Simply use the chat button in the lower right hand corner of your screen to message us which item(s) you are looking to purchase. Please be sure to include the product name and the color or print.
Someone from our online team will send you a link for the product(s) and you can pick the size and add it to your cart.
Items marked as “In-store Pickup Only” may still be available to ship for a higher shipping rate. These items are typically larger or heavier than what fits in our standard shipping boxes, which is why they aren't available for regular checkout online.
If there’s something you’re interested in, just send us a message with the item name, size, and your shipping address. If it’s in stock, we’ll be happy to send you an invoice and arrange shipping!

We are open Monday through Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM and closed on Sundays. Holiday hours may vary.
Absolutely! Just bring your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange.
Gifting
Yes! We offer gift wrapping in-store and online. Gift wrap is $1 for regular-priced items and $2 for sale items.
You can add gift wrap online by selecting gift wrap on each product's page right above the "Add to bag" button or by adding our gift wrap product linked here. If you would like items wrapped together, please tell us which items you would like wrapped together in the notes section of your cart before checking out.
Yes! Add your message in the notes section of your cart and we’ll include it with your order.

We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal.
