Canterneigh Pony is devoted to footwear. Trainers, tap shoes, glossy brogues – if it fits a hoof, he’s collecting it.

While his friends raise their eyebrows at some of Canterneigh’s decisions – the rhinestone cowboy boots were… a choice! – they can’t fault his passion. And he’s always willing to share his pairs with anyone who needs them.

Between buffing, arranging, and constant relacing, he’s living proof that you can’t have too many shoes... only too little storage!

Shipping

All orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Orders are processed Monday through Friday between 10AM and 5PM and typically ship within 48 hours. Sales and promotions such as the "Black Friday Sale" extend processing and shipping times. Please note delivery times do not include Sundays or holidays. Due to an influx of packages during the holiday season, USPS might take longer to deliver your package.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and is a USPS deliverable address. Tiny Town Inc assumes no responsibility if the package is undeliverable, stolen, or lost due to incorrect address information.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our Mobile, Alabama location. Orders placed for local pickup usually take 2 to 4 business days to process. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a "Ready for pickup" email. We'll hold your order at the store for 6 months after your order was marked "Ready for pickup"; if you don't make it in by then, we will cancel the order and no refund or store credit will be given.

Online Purchases - Shipped

With a receipt, refunds will be given if the order is postmarked within 10 days of the delivery date according to the tracking information, and store credit will be given if the order is postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date according to the tracking information if the items meet our refund criteria listed below. With a receipt, size-for-size exchanges can be made if the order is postmarked within 10 days of the delivery date according to the tracking information. 

Online Purchases - In-store Pickup

With a receipt, refunds will be given within 10 days of the fulfillment date (Marked ready for pickup) and store credit will be given within 30 days of the fulfillment date (Marked ready for pickup) if the items meet refund criteria listed below. With a receipt, exchanges can be made within 30 days of the fulfillment date (Marked ready for pickup) when done in-store.

*All discounted and sale merchandise, personalized/special orders, hair bows, and jewelry are final sale. Gift wrap, gift cards, and shipping are nonrefundable.
