All orders are processed in the order in which they are received.  Orders are processed during normal business hours and typically ship within 72 hours.  Sales and promotions such as "Free shipping" extend processing and shipping times.   "Free shipping" promotions are shipped via USPS First Class mail.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and is an USPS deliverable address.  Tiny Town Inc assumes no responsibility if the package is undeliverable, stolen, or lost due to incorrect address information.

NOTICE: It has come to our attention that delivery services are being delayed due to COVID-19.  We will continue to process orders as quickly as possible, however we cannot guarantee items will be delivered in the same manner.  Please check your order updates for tracking information. 

Need to return something? No problem. We will gladly accept returns within 30 days from your ship date if they meet our return criteria. Items must have all original tags still attached. Items will not be accepted if they have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
