All orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Orders are processed during normal business hours and typically ship within 72 hours. Sales and promotions such as the "Black Friday Sale" extend processing and shipping times. "Free shipping" promotions are shipped via USPS First Class mail. Please note delivery times do not include Sundays or holidays. Due to an influx of packages during the holiday season, USPS might take longer to deliver your package. If your package has not arrived by your expected delivery date, please contact USPS.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and is a USPS deliverable address. Tiny Town Inc assumes no responsibility if the package is undeliverable, stolen, or lost due to incorrect address information.

Returns
Need to return something? No problem. We will gladly accept returns within 30 days from your ship date if the items meet our refund criteria. Items must have all original tags still attached. Items will not be accepted if they have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged. Items must be free of stains and odors. Items must be accompanied by a copy of your original sales invoice or packing list. ALL discounted or sale merchandise and monogrammed items are final sales.
