HOW TO USE
super soft lotion directions
Pour lotion into your hand. Rub both hands together to warm lotion. Gently apply lotion to face and body.

newborn 2-in-1 directions
Pour a small amount into your hand. Carefully apply to baby's hair and skin, rinsing well. Follow bath time with our Super Soft Lotion.

Shipping

All orders are processed in the order in which they are received.  Orders are processed during normal business hours and typically ship within 72 hours.  Sales and promotions such as the "Black Friday Sale" extend processing and shipping times.  "Free shipping" promotions are shipped via USPS First Class mail. Please note delivery times do not include Sundays or holidays. Due to an influx of packages during the holiday season, USPS might take longer to deliver your package. If your package has not arrived by your expected delivery date, please contact USPS. 

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and is a USPS deliverable address. Tiny Town Inc assumes no responsibility if the package is undeliverable, stolen, or lost due to incorrect address information.

Online Purchases - Shipped

Refunds will be given if the order is received by Tiny Town within 10 days of the delivery date according to the tracking information and store credit will be given if the order is received by Tiny Town within 30 days of the delivery date according to the tracking information if the items meet our refund/exchange criteria listed below. Exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase with receipt.


Refund/Exchange Criteria

Items must have all original tags still attached. Items will not be accepted if they have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged. Items must be free of stains and odors. Items must be accompanied by a copy of your original sales invoice, packing list, or in-store receipt.  

ALL discounted or sale merchandise, in-store layaway items, and personalized/ special orders are final sale. 



How do you return an item you received as a gift?

If you have the original receipt or gift receipt, your order is eligible for store credit within 30 days of purchase.
