All orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Orders are processed during normal business hours and typically ship within 72 hours. Sales and promotions such as the "Black Friday Sale" extend processing and shipping times. "Free shipping" promotions are shipped via USPS First Class mail. Refund/Exchange Criteria
Items must have all original tags still attached. Items will not be accepted if they have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged. Items must be free of stains and odors. Items must be accompanied by a copy of your original sales invoice, packing list, or in-store receipt.
ALL discounted or sale merchandise, in-store layaway items, and personalized/ special orders are final sale.
